Guard chart accuracy by securing physician orders, tracking recerts, and flagging missing documentation before it becomes a problem. Monitor eligibility daily and collaborate with the Eligibility team for quick resolutions. Deliver weekly dashboards—pending intakes, scheduled visits, outstanding orders, SOC status, and authorization denials—with clear journal notes for follow-up. Support billing success by providing data to dispute payer denials or justify write-offs. Jump in for teammates—cover tasks when colleagues are out, contribute in weekly huddles, and take on special projects as the department evolves. Foster great relationships with therapists, patients, families, and community partners—always professional, always solutions-focused.
