Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 14 days of hire.
Basic knowledge of physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy principles.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in a related field.
Prior experience in a therapy or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Supports licensed therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to patients.
Assists with patient preparation, maintaining therapy equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized treatment environment.
Assist therapists in preparing patients for treatment sessions.
Set up and maintain therapy equipment to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of therapy areas and equipment.
Assist in scheduling patient appointments and managing clinic workflow.
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards in therapy practice.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities as needed.
Works collaboratively within a healthcare team.
