About The Position

Exceptional Rehab is Now Hiring: Caring Therapy PRN Restorative Aide at Parkview located in Smyrna, TN Are you someone who loves helping others regain their strength and confidence? Do you have a passion for bringing smiles to people’s faces? Parkview is looking for a Restorative Aide who has a heart for care and a knack for fun! What You'll Do: Work closely with our residents to help them regain mobility, strength, and overall wellness through exercise programs. Encourage and motivate our residents during their exercises—your positive energy makes all the difference! Collaborate with our amazing therapy team to develop and implement restorative programs that make recovery enjoyable and effective. What We're Looking For: A compassionate and fun-loving personality Previous experience as a CNA, Restorative Aide, or similar (preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person!) A positive attitude and love for helping others Flexibility, reliability, and a team spirit Ability to keep things light and upbeat even during challenging days!

Requirements

Must be a Licensed State Tested Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Ohio with Restorative Aide experience.
Flexibility, reliability, and a team spirit

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a CNA, Restorative Aide, or similar (preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
