Your Impact As a Therapy Manager at MetroEHS you will: Maintain or exceed the MetroEHS productivity expectations of 35 scheduled hours per week and 105 billable hours per month. Ensure all clinical documentation is signed within 48 hours. Ensure all staff is adhering to Metro mission/vision/values and Best Practice standards. Coordinate CoC meetings for clinic. Review and approve clinic incident reports in the Clinic Director's absence. Cosign clinical documentation as needed for in-clinic staff. Attend Weekly to Bi-monthly meetings with the Clinic Director.
