We’re looking for a Therapy Coordinator to support and elevate our massage, music, and movement therapy program across Colorado. In this role, you’ll blend administrative expertise with compassionate client care—ensuring individuals receive the therapeutic support they need, while helping our services continue to grow statewide. This hybrid remote position averages 36 hours per week (typically Monday–Thursday, with occasional hours outside that schedule). It is based in Colorado Springs and includes regular travel to the Denver/Aurora metro area several times per month. The role also requires in-person participation in career fairs, initial family visits, and community outreach events to promote the therapy services offered by Continuum of Colorado.

  • Keep a detailed and up-to-date waitlist of individuals seeking services
  • Be the primary point of contact for new inquiries and intakes
  • Conduct initial consultations to thoughtfully match individuals with the right therapist
  • Work with families and therapists to build individualized treatment plans
  • Coordinate therapist schedules to ensure maximum availability and smooth, efficient operations
  • Identify opportunities to optimize schedules and minimize gaps in service
  • Assist with onboarding new therapists and ensuring they have everything they need to shine
  • Keep track of therapist credentials, licenses, and continuing education requirements
  • Partner with the Regional Manager to promote services to agencies and community partners
  • Educate individuals, families, and case managers on the benefits of massage, music, and movement therapies
  • Coordinate with case management agencies to initiate and adjust service plans
  • Participate in strategic planning to expand services and attract new therapists
  • Bachelor’s degree or two (2) years advanced study at an accredited college or university preferred
  • Valid Colorado driver's license; proof of insurance; 3 years of current, consecutive driving history
  • Meet our driving requirements - no suspensions or revocations in the past 3 years. Less than 3 tickets in the past 3 years
  • Working knowledge of the Developmental Disabilities and Department of Health systems, rules and regulations
  • Experience in health care administration specifically in the field of massage, music, and/or movement therapy
  • One (1) year experience working with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
