About The Position
Therapy Coordinator – Home Health (Remote | New Orleans, LA) HealthPro Heritage at Home is hiring a full-time Therapy Coordinator to support our home health therapy services in the New Orleans area. Schedule: Monday–Friday Remote after initial in-person training Home office required Meaningful healthcare work Coordinate referrals, support therapists, and help keep patient care running smoothly. Compensation: $19-$22 per hour
Requirements
- Organized, friendly, and professional communicator
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Scheduling or home health experience preferred
- 2-year degree or equivalent experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- Medicare knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Schedule therapy referrals and visits
- Communicate with therapists, patients, and agencies (phone/text/email)
- Support daily office operations with the team
- Enter and verify data in EMR systems
- Track staffing needs and review reports
- Prioritize tasks and problem-solve daily
