About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Under general technical supervision of a licensed Therapist or Assistant, and the Administrative supervision of the clinical supervisor and Director or Therapy Services, the aide assists the Therapist with the administration of therapy to patients assigned to the department. The Aide can perform a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties.

Requirements

• HSD/GED preferred.
• One year of patient care experience is preferred (i.e. nursing assistant, EKG/EEG, respiratory, etc).
• Open wound experience is preferred.
• Must be able to care for patients of all age groups.
• BLS/CPR required or must be obtained within 30 days.
