About The Position
Therapy Aide Job Location: 521 Route 111 STE 107 Hauppauge, NY (Suffolk County; outpatient clinic.) Job Type: Part-time (Tues and Thurs 7am-3pm; 16 hours per week. As needed based on clinic schedule and availability. Will further discuss schedule during interview.) Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
Nice To Haves
- Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
- Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.
Responsibilities
- Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.
- Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
- Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
- Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
- Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety andfort.
