About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Royse City, TX Therapy Aide Part Time Outpatient Facility Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday 24 hr week Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation in Royse City is looking for a seasonal Physical Therapy Aide. Ideal candidate is a high school graduate or college student that is interested in pursuing the field of Physical Therapy. Position will only be available through the summer of 2026.

Requirements

• high school graduate or college student
• Previous tech experience preferred but not required.
• BLS Certification or completion within 90 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of hospital experience as therapy aide preferred.

Responsibilities

• Duties include infection control cleaning
• laundry
• light equipment maintenance
• assistance to clinicians for direct patient care as needed
• assistance to front desk for light clerical tasks and other duties as assigned
• Candidate must be energetic, able to multi-task, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute to a positive team.
