Requirements
- The ideal candidate will hold an advanced degree in Counseling or Social Work and possess a temporary permit or associate license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Clinical competencies in mental health therapy
