Therapist at School Based Services (Alpine School District) - Full Time
About The Position
Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Therapist in our School-Based Program within the Alpine School District, where you'll make a real, day-to-day impact supporting adolescents across Utah County. This onsite role offers a competitive wage of $28.50–$44.03/hour , and the opportunity to work directly within school systems to support student mental health, emotional well-being, and long-term success. Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
- Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy.
- Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
- Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
- Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy services within school settings
- Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and discharge planning
- Maintain and manage an assigned caseload while ensuring timely documentation
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans focused on student success
- Support adolescents navigating emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges
- Participate in school-based events, meetings, and resource nights as needed
