About The Position

Alleviant Integrated Health is Arkansas’s largest, full-service, multi-site outpatient psychiatry practice, and we are expanding! With clinics in Bryant, Fayetteville, Ft. Smith, Little Rock, Rogers, Jonesboro, Conway, Bentonville, and North Little Rock, we are excited to welcome dedicated mental health professionals to our growing team across Arkansas. This year, Alleviant will serve over 70,000 Arkansans as the primary mental health provider for major healthcare systems throughout the state. Our mission is to provide accessible, integrative psychiatric care within five days of an initial patient contact. With a commitment to comprehensive treatment, longer appointment times, and a holistic approach, we work closely with patients and referral sources to deliver the best possible care. We are seeking passionate, licensed mental health therapists to join our diverse team under the guidance of the Director of Therapy. As part of Alleviant’s commitment to integrative health, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will conduct thorough mental health evaluations and provide individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy to both adult and child patients. As an Alleviant therapist, you will be encouraged to explore innovative treatment options, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Ketamine treatment, and embrace a holistic approach to mental health care.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
  • Minimum of five years as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in a healthcare setting.
  • Current LCSW or LPC licensure in Arkansas; multi-state licensure is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and basic office equipment. Strong typing and computer application skills are essential.
  • In-depth understanding of HIPAA guidelines and documentation standards within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans and discharge strategies.
  • Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of referral resources across our Arkansas service areas to support patient needs.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical records in accordance with facility policies.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients, families, physicians, healthcare team members, referral sources, and community agencies.
  • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, working effectively with a broad spectrum of individuals.
  • Uphold standards of excellence in all assignments and foster a supportive and professional environment.
