About The Position

Company-Paid Professional Development and CEUs Clinical Supervision for licensure provided Population served: Therapists provide services to adult clients, age 18 and older, that are diagnosed with a severe mental illness, substance use disorder, or co-occurring disorder, who have a history of homelessness. Therapist- Specific Duties & Responsibilities Predominately field based services with transportation of clients using agency or personal vehicles, as appropriate Work with clients with active mental health symptoms and within their treatment preferences Meet clients where they are in the community, private homes, or outdoors, promoting confidentiality in all settings Demonstrate comfort and flexibility while working with clients in difficult life circumstances, which may include individuals living in substandard conditions Assess and diagnose clients presenting for services to determine eligibility to CCBHC T-HARP team Refer client to most appropriate outpatient program according to assessment and diagnostic results, within or outside CCBHC Obtain consent for treatment from all responsible persons Establish appropriate and productive therapeutic alliances with the client(s) and caretakers, as applicable Complete safety assessments to include risk of violence towards self and others. Complete safety plans and/or psychiatric advanced directives with clients Therapeutic services include assessments, comprehensive case plans and reviews, individual and group therapy, as appropriate Work collaboratively with community partners Embed outreach and other services in alternate locations and with community providers to reduce barriers to access Provide Therapist services in-person or via telehealth platforms Gather and complete all CCBHC data metrics for T-HARP population served DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE This job is classified as a "safety-sensitive" position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. Possession of a medical marijuana license will not exclude any applicants; however, all employees are subject to the Family & Children's Services Drug Free Workplace Policy.

Responsibilities
