About The Position

Join our dedicated team as a Therapist, where you will play a crucial role in helping individuals, families, and couples address and overcome various mental health challenges. This position offers the opportunity to provide a range of therapeutic services, including counseling, psychotherapy, and behavior modification techniques. As a Therapist, your primary responsibility is to assess, diagnose, and treat clients/patients based on their individual needs, utilizing evidence-based interventions to improve their relationships and enhance their overall well-being. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field
  • Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states and provide telehealth services
  • Successful completion of background checks
  • Completion of New Hire Orientation and mandatory training
  • Current driver’s license and auto insurance
  • In-depth knowledge of diagnostic criteria for individuals with mental health or substance use disorders
  • Comprehensive understanding of rehabilitation methods and treatment principles
  • Excellent communication skills for effective documentation and interactions
  • Ability to establish effective therapeutic relationships and deliver services via telehealth

Responsibilities

  • Complete intake/screening assessments within designated time frames
  • Participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings to provide feedback on cases
  • Document all services provided in compliance with state and agency standards
  • Maintain professional relationships with referral sources, clients/patients, and coworkers
  • Handle crisis situations and coordinate emergency services as needed
  • Assist in providing professional supervision to trainees once requirements are met
