About The Position

This is more than a therapy role. It is an opportunity to change the trajectory of a child’s life. Every day, you will work with children and adolescents navigating trauma, crisis, and complex emotional challenges. Your work will help restore stability, strengthen families, and create pathways to healing that extend far beyond your caseload. At KVC, we believe the heart of our work is helping people. Our teams are driven by compassion, grounded in authenticity, and united by a shared commitment to meaningful change. With a Work Wellbeing Score of 83 on Indeed, our employees consistently report a strong, supportive environment where their work truly matters. As a Therapist, you will provide trauma-informed care in residential and/or acute settings, supporting youth and families through some of their most critical moments. You are not just clinically skilled—you are resilient, compassionate, and driven to make a difference. The children and families you serve are often at pivotal moments in their lives. Your work will not only address immediate needs but also lay the foundation for long-term healing and resilience. If you are looking for a role where your clinical expertise meets purpose—and where your workplace supports your wellbeing—this is where you belong.
