RFS Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Therapist to serve students in Marion City Schools, offering embedded, school-based support that truly makes a difference. We're currently seeking Licensed Social Workers or Licensed Professional Counselors to serve students within assigned schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide direct impact through therapy, support, and collaboration with school teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Active Ohio licensure: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, or LPCC
  • Experience working with youth up to age 18 preferred
  • Commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic services to students both in schools and the community as needed
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Conduct ongoing assessment and treatment planning
  • Document services accurately and meet required billable hours
