RFS Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Therapist to serve students in Marion City Schools, offering embedded, school-based support that truly makes a difference. We're currently seeking Licensed Social Workers or Licensed Professional Counselors to serve students within assigned schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide direct impact through therapy, support, and collaboration with school teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Active Ohio licensure: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, or LPCC
Experience working with youth up to age 18 preferred
Commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people

Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic services to students both in schools and the community as needed
Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
Conduct ongoing assessment and treatment planning
Document services accurately and meet required billable hours
