This position provides trauma-informed, evidence-based clinical care and program coordination services to individuals and families impacted by complex trauma. The role supports access to care, continuity of services, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes in alignment with YWCA values, CARF accreditation standards, and applicable state and funding requirements. Purpose: To deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based therapeutic care to individuals, families, and significant others impacted by complex trauma, including experiences in interpersonal violence, exploitation, abuse, and addiction, in support of safety, stabilization, healing, and long-term recovery.
