THERAPIST OPPORTUNITY - (FULL-TIME) (MA/MSW) (EVENING SHIFT) Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and talented Therapist FULL-TIME for our Admissions/Intake Department (3P-11P). Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a 120 bed capacity behavioral health facility that provides psychiatric services. We specialize in treatment for adults, children and adolescents. Brentwood Behavioral offers both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services. Located in Flowood, MS, in Rankin County with close proximity to Hinds and Madison Counties, our outpatient services are within driving distance to many surrounding areas. We help individuals and families achieve optimal mental health, resulting in improved quality of life. The Therapist is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls promptly and courteously, and scheduling clinical assessments when appropriate. Conducts thorough assessments, facilitates admissions, and ensures accurate documentation. Provides a caring, professional approach while coordinating access to the optimal level of care and referring to external providers when necessary. Requirements

  • Minimum: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in related field and two years’ experience in an in-patient psychiatric setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • a current Mississippi license as a LCSW, LMSW, or LPC
  • two years’ experience in an in-patient psychiatric setting.
