Requirements

Master’s degree in social or behavioral sciences from an accredited institution.
"FULL" Active Texas licensure (LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT) with board credentials in excellent standing.
Current First Aid/CPR certifications, ensuring top-tier client safety.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in psychotherapy with a focus on innovative treatment approaches.
Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish REQUIRED to enhance client communication.

Responsibilities

Employ innovative screening techniques to identify client challenges, address urgent issues, and provide immediate referrals.
Implement comprehensive psychosocial assessments for precision care planning.
Deliver individual, couples, and family therapies using advanced therapeutic models for all age groups.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to co-create client-centered intervention plans.
Utilize agile methodologies to reassess and update treatment plans as needed.
Leverage digital tools to document client interactions efficiently within 3 days.
Participate actively in supervisory sessions to ensure continuous professional development.
Engage in forward-thinking billing activities aligned with agency protocols.
Stay abreast of cutting-edge therapeutic techniques, theories, and research.
Perform additional transformative duties as assigned.
