About The Position

Lenape Valley Foundation is seeking a Full-Time Therapist for our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)- an intensive, short-term program providing a full-day therapeutic experience for individuals with acute psychiatric symptoms. As a Therapist in our PHP program, you’ll deliver evidence-based treatment in a structured, supportive environment. This is an opportunity to work with clients during a critical phase of their recovery, helping them stabilize and build coping skills. Requirements

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field preferred
Strong understanding of psychopathology, psychodynamics, and therapeutic interventions
Ability to manage acute needs and crisis situations effectively
Skilled in clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team
Physical capability to meet job requirements (with or without accommodation)

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality clinical services in an acute PHP setting
Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual and family counseling
Document treatment plans, progress notes, and missed appointments in compliance with regulations
Provide crisis prevention and intervention when needed
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Contribute to treatment team meetings with valuable clinical insights
