Join us in making a lasting impact! Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will facilitate 1:1 and group therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.

Requirements

  • A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid Massachusetts independent licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent.
  • Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.
  • Experience providing group therapy and willingness to follow a preset curriculum in a virtual environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience facilitating group therapy in an IOP/PHP/RES/IP setting.
  • Experience working virtually
  • 3 years' experience post independent licensure

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans, as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issues.
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.
