Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
- Active WA clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD).
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise licensed and associate therapists through one-on-one and group sessions.
- Monitor treatment plans, documentation, and clinical outcomes.
- Support professional growth and training initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with state and agency standards.
- Collaborate with directors to improve service delivery and client experience.
