Crossroads Health, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with facilities located in Mentor, Painesville, and Cleveland, serves Northeast Ohio communities with comprehensive behavioral and primary integrated healthcare, early childhood services, extended housing and recovery services—no matter one’s ability to pay. Our mission is to provide hope, healing, and healthcare to everyone. Adult and Youth We are currently seeking an empathic and passionate SUD Therapist to provide individual and family therapy to our clients in our Mentor, Lake County office. The Therapist- SUD performs diagnostic assessments and clinical services within the office setting. This position is responsible for individual, family & group counseling along with crisis intervention services and case management. This licensed provider will engage as a member of a collaborative team. With a Trauma informed approach, this position will be a representative for the organization and how we offer integrated services for recovery and mental health.

Requirements

Level 3: Bachelor’s Degree required or Master’s Degree preferred
Level 4: Master’s Degree
Level 3: LSW or LPC, State of Ohio
Level 4: LPCC, LISW, LICDC (substance use only)
Valid Driver’s License
Must have an acceptable driving record (4 points or less).
BLS/CPR/First Aid (as applicable, company provided)
Drug Screen, TB Test, Background Check (required)

Nice To Haves

Two (2) years of experience in the substance use and mental health field (preferred)
One (1) year experience in working with adolescents, young adults and families/caregivers (preferred)
