Requirements

Master's degree or above in the assigned therapy area
Possess current State Licensure
A relevant combination of education and experience may be considered
Proficiency in the specific therapy area
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of the latest techniques to maintain high-level proficiency
Computer literate with the ability to adapt to new technology
Ability to travel to scheduled appointments, using a vehicle or alternate forms of transportation

Responsibilities

Meeting ICDS standards for quarterly evaluation, consultation, direct services, and case management
Completing all tasks-including billing, physician orders, and daily notes-in a timely, accurate manner using defined formats
Applying specialized knowledge to infant services
Maintaining required certifications
Attending assigned meetings
Communicating effectively with stakeholders to promote agency goals
Ensuring compliance with all safety, anti-discrimination, sexual harassment, and HIPAA privacy policies
Supporting the SOAR365 mission by treating volunteers and interns as valued team members and providing them with meaningful, rewarding opportunities
