Requirements

  • Master's degree or above in the assigned therapy area
  • Possess current State Licensure
  • A relevant combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Proficiency in the specific therapy area
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the latest techniques to maintain high-level proficiency
  • Computer literate with the ability to adapt to new technology
  • Ability to travel to scheduled appointments, using a vehicle or alternate forms of transportation

Responsibilities

  • Meeting ICDS standards for quarterly evaluation, consultation, direct services, and case management
  • Completing all tasks-including billing, physician orders, and daily notes-in a timely, accurate manner using defined formats
  • Applying specialized knowledge to infant services
  • Maintaining required certifications
  • Attending assigned meetings
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to promote agency goals
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety, anti-discrimination, sexual harassment, and HIPAA privacy policies
  • Supporting the SOAR365 mission by treating volunteers and interns as valued team members and providing them with meaningful, rewarding opportunities
