This Per Diem/PRN opportunity offers flexible day shift scheduling to include weekday and weekend shifts from 8am to 5pm. New graduates and candidates working towards licensure are encouraged to apply. Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital provides inpatient treatment services to adolescents and adults at our 86-bed facility in Panama City, FL and outpatient services to adolescents and adults at our four outpatient centers located throughout the Florida Panhandle. Additionally, we offer specialized treatment for active duty military members through our Military Resiliency Program, specialized chemical dependency treatment and TMS therapy for chronic depression. Assists family members and referral sources with continuum of care from the admission process through discharge planning.   • Complete psychosocial assessment appropriate to patient type and reason for referral.
  • Provides clinically sound individual, family, and group therapies within required time frames and establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
  • Provide quality documentation for psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, therapies, reports to military command, discharge planning, staffing, Baker Act hearings and medical records within required time frames.
  • Promotes safe and therapeutic interdisciplinary patient care through consultation and supervision, effective communication, interactions with and training of direct care staff as needed, and milieu interventions.
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other Human Service field.
  • Ability to work a PRN schedule to include weekday & weekend day shifts.
