Join our dedicated Residential Services Team at Thomas House and Mrachek House, supporting clients with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and substance use concerns. With a combined 22-bed capacity, you'll provide individual and group therapy, crisis response, intake assessments, and collaborate closely with residential counselors and treatment teams. We welcome Master's level candidates with a provisional license/candidate permit - SWC/LSW, LPCC, MFT-C, licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), and psychologists—licensed or unlicensed—who bring creativity, kindness, and a commitment to diversity and value alignment. We offer flexible work arrangements, either a 5 x 8-hour workweek (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm) or a 4 x 10-hour workweek (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday). Salary for this role. Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full-time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Fewer than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE. Salary is also based on years of experience or licensure and company equity.
