We are looking for a Therapist Qualified Mental Health Professional in Elgin, IL who demonstrates this mission and wants to work for an organization that makes a difference in the community. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30-5 with TWO late day per week until 8pm. What you will be doing? Therapist QMHP is responsible for the provision of counseling, skills training and case management services to a caseload of clients who are diagnosed with persistent mental illness. Services are provided in family and individual treatment settings with both adult and children/adolescents. Services are offered both onsite and, in the community or client home. Therapists are expected to work with a team of service providers within the agency and throughout the social service community to ensure that all needs of clients are met. This job position may have some work components that can be performed remotely.
