The Association for Individual Development (AID) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower people with physical, developmental, intellectual, mental health challenges; those who have suffered a trauma; and those at risk, to enjoy lives of dignity and purpose. We are looking for a Therapist Qualified Mental Health Professional- Bilingual Child & Adolescent Licensed or licensed pending Behavioral Health who demonstrates this mission and wants to work for an organization that makes a difference in the community. This position is responsible for the provision of counseling and case management services to a caseload of primarily child or adolescent clients who are diagnosed with mental illness. Therapists are expected to work with a team of behavioral health service providers within the agency. The job may have some work components that can be performed remotely, but remote work arrangements are discretionary and subject to demonstrated performance and operational needs. Attendance at scheduled work hours including evening hours is required.
