About The Position
Key Position Details: As a pre-independently licensed therapist at Allina Health, under supervision, you will be accountable for conducting diagnostic assessments, providing therapy, engaging in collaborative treatment planning and monitoring, providing crisis intervention and safety assessments, along with engaging in care coordination with new and established patients. Job Description: Position details: Monday - Friday daytime hours, hybrid schedule optional Will receive supervision hours Dedicated 1:1 rounding time and clinical case consultation Support and preparation for independent licensure and practice
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work
- Licensed Graduate Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required and successful progress towards independent licensure
- Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below: ◦ Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association ◦ Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross ◦ Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)
Nice To Haves
- 2 to 5 years clinical experience
- Experience in crisis management
