About The Position

Description Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Day/Evening shift role, variable 7-5:30. You may be eligible for a $20,000 sign on bonus and will work at the 9th street clinic in Rockford. Required Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs. Required Licenses & Certifications Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required CPR certification. Requirements
