Join our mission-driven team as an MST Practitioner at our CSI Hays Office in Hays, KS. You’ll play a key role providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to youth, their families, communities, and other key members. The MST Practitioner will provide intensive, home-based therapy to adolescents and their families who are involved in the juvenile justice system or at risk of out-of-home placement. MST Practitioners can be required to drive within a 90- minute radius from the CSI Hays Office. This role is community-based and requires travel to the following surrounding counties: Barton, Ellis, Graham, Ness, Osborne, Phillips, Rooks, Rush, Russell, Smith, Trego What is Multisystemic Therapy (MST)? Multisystemic Therapy (MST) typically targets chronic, violent, or substance-abusing juvenile offender ages 12 through 17. MST’s home-based therapy design helps overcome barriers to service, increases family retention in treatment, allows for the provision of the intensive services (i.e., therapists have a maximum of 6 cases), and enhances the maintenance of successful behavior change.
