Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related subject area
  • Master’s Degree from a U.S. accredited educational institution or Credential Evaluation for a non-U.S. educational institution

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned caseload and provide coverage for peer's caseload as needed, providing direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with assigned model.
  • Conduct assessments including review of referral information, identifying and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses and individualized treatment planning.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts that promote peer and supervisory review and feedback, and that demonstrate compliance with the assigned model.
  • Participate in all model training, supervision, consultation activities, and staff meetings.
  • Build relationships with community stakeholders (i.e., child protection services, Guardians ad Litem, judges, schools, etc.) to ensure cooperation among service providers.
  • Manage the extensive documentation requirements to successfully comply with various mandates from agency, ACS, and other stakeholders, including model.
  • Timely documentation of contacts and case progress in the provided agency electronic health records and other systems as applicable.
  • Adopt a strength-focused approach with families, stakeholders, and within the program/treatment team.
  • Ability to accompany families/clients to psychiatric appointments and other community needs appointments.
  • Attend weekly supervision and consultation and on-call meetings.
  • Manage the extensive travel requirements.
  • Provide 24/7 coverage during the week and participate in a weekend on-call rotational schedule as applicable.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Benefits

  • $2,000 sign-on incentive (not permitted for internal candidates)
  • Salary range of $67,632.38/year
  • $3,000 MST-PRV Additive
  • $3,500 - Bilingual Additive (as applicable)
  • $1,000 – Provisional Licensure Additive (as applicable)
  • $4,000 – Full Licensure Additive (as applicable)
