About The Position
Mountain Youth Academy (a UHS company) is seeking a Licensed Therapist (or Master's Level eligible for licensure as an LCSW, LPC) to join our growing team! Mountain Youth Academy is centrally located near Johnson City, TN, Boone, NC, and Abingdon, VA. We are a 120-bed residential treatment facility and assist in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health issues for our young adolescent patients. Retention Bonus Available: Mountain Youth Academy is offering a $15,000.00 retention bonus for licensed therapists or those eligible for licensure in the State of Tennessee, who meet the expectations of the job description, who agree to remain continually and actively employed at a full-time status.
