The Outpatient Therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Major job functions include: obtaining psycho-social assessments; conducting family/group therapy on assigned cases; complete documentation per Meadows policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinate inpatient referrals; assist in developing and maintaining community resource information; performs marketing functions as assigned; assists in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security; ensures good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participate in continuing education activities. All above tasks shall be delivered in an age-specific manner to all age groups. Ensures timely completion and documentation of outpatient utilization review. Assists with clinical chart audits and staff education associated with quality improvements. Exempt level position.
