About The Position

Cedar Springs Hospital is seeking a talented and dynamic Inpatient Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals! Full-Time Days, Friday - Monday, 10-hour shift. Minimum Salary: $72,000 Maximum Salary: $75,000. Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of personal computer.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to complete required clinical paperwork according to established protocol and regulatory agency requirements.
• Must be able to maintain professional and appropriate boundaries with clients and families.
• Ability to act professionally in high stress situations.
• Masters degree in a counseling related field, MSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, licensed or seeking licensure in the State of Colorado.
• One year clinical experience working with one of the following populations: Children, Adolescent, or Adult.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients within the acute care, residential or outpatient settings.
• Have primary responsibility for treatment and discharge planning.
• Interface with community agencies and referral sources throughout the client's course of treatment.
• Oversee all social work functions for acute patients and staff.
• Conduct Psychosocial Assessments, Treatment Plans and Active Treatment, Discharge Planning, and manage social work personnel.
