About The Position

We are currently looking for a Master level Therapist to join our team. We have Full time and PRN positions available. The candidate selected will be responsible for conducting therapeutic services for patients. Provide counseling sessions for families, individuals and groups. Responsible for interviewing and developing the psychosocial history, assessing the therapeutic needs of the individual and family, developing appropriate treatment objectives and monthly treatment summaries. Act as the patients’ and families’ primary contact during the patient’s stay at the facility, as well as their advocate with the treatment team. Liaisons with outside agencies and individuals for the purpose of developing and coordinating discharge planning with the treatment team and family.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, or other related fields.
• One (1) year direct clinical experience specific to family, individual, and group therapy preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with multidisciplinary treatment team members, managed care representatives, adults, and patient families.
