About The Position
Cunningham Children’s Home, an agency committed to providing a safe place for individuals and families to learn, heal, and grow, is seeking a full-time Therapist or Licensed Clinical Therapist at HopeSprings Counseling Services. HopeSprings Counseling is an outpatient community mental health clinic that provides assessments, treatment planning, therapy, and other mental health services to those experiencing difficult life situations in the Champaign-Urbana area and surrounding communities. As a Therapist at HopeSprings, you will provide clinical services to clients and their families while offering guidance and support to other program staff. The Therapist role is essential in delivering evidence-based care, promoting mental health, and fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, or related Human Services field
- Qualified Mental Health Professional ( QMHP ) per Medicaid standards
- Clinical experience with emotional/behavioral health, children’s mental health, and/or families
- Strong self-discipline and confidentiality awareness
- Ability to meet productivity targets in a clinical setting
- Flexible schedule availability
- Valid Illinois drivers license

- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
