About The Position

Provide individual, group, family, and marital therapy to patients. Responsible for the creation and implementation of outpatient treatment plans which will include: Assessment; Diagnosis; Problems/need identified; and, Treatment plan, goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Masters degree in a mental health related field.
• Current LCSW or LPC licensure in the State of Arkansas.
• A minimum of three years in counseling or psychotherapy with adults and/or adolescents preferred.
• A minimum of one year experience working with adults with substance abuse or chemical dependency issues.
• Knowledge regarding standards of practice, crisis intervention, and assessment.
• Effective communication skills, able to work with the public well.
