  • Assessing to understand their emotional, psychological, and social situations.
  • Developing treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Providing counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges.
  • Connecting patients with community resources and services, such as support groups and housing assistance.
  • Advocating for patients' rights and ensuring they receive equitable care within the healthcare system.
  • Master’s degree in social work or counseling or relevant state licensure preferred.
  • Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
  • Current unencumbered clinical license per state of practice guidelines.
  • CPR and CPI certified within 30 days of employment.
  • May be required to work flexible hours.
