Requirements
- Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
- A minimum of one (1) year with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, treatment and clinical assessment skills preferred.
- LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC preferred.
- May be required to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments to document patient history and identify issues for patient and their family members
- Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plan
- Provide individual, group and family therapy
- Document treatment provided to patient in medical record legibly and in a timely manner
- Attend regular treatment team meetings to provide social work perspective
