Requirements

Licensed (or license eligible) Clinician in the state of GA
Must have experience of 1+ year
Computer proficient with previous heavy data entry experience

Nice To Haves

Experience in inpatient setting preferred

Responsibilities

Lead the assessment process for your assigned patients, completing comprehensive psychosocial histories and proactively identifying and resolving any gaps in documentation
Collaborate with patients’ support systems and interdisciplinary team members to ensure a well-rounded understanding of each individual’s needs
Develop timely, individualized treatment plans with 72 hours of admission, setting a strong foundation of care
Create personalized crisis plans for every patient, ensuring preparedness and continuity of care
Provide ongoing clinical oversight to ensure treatment interventions are effectively implemented and aligned with patient goals
Partner with the Admissions team to support clinical screenings and step in as needed to assist with assessments
Ensure consistent, high-quality coverage for group, individual, and family therapy sessions based on patient needs and program schedule
