Requirements

  • Licensed (or license eligible) Clinician in the state of GA
  • Must have experience of 1+ year
  • Computer proficient with previous heavy data entry experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in inpatient setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the assessment process for your assigned patients, completing comprehensive psychosocial histories and proactively identifying and resolving any gaps in documentation
  • Collaborate with patients’ support systems and interdisciplinary team members to ensure a well-rounded understanding of each individual’s needs
  • Develop timely, individualized treatment plans with 72 hours of admission, setting a strong foundation of care
  • Create personalized crisis plans for every patient, ensuring preparedness and continuity of care
  • Provide ongoing clinical oversight to ensure treatment interventions are effectively implemented and aligned with patient goals
  • Partner with the Admissions team to support clinical screenings and step in as needed to assist with assessments
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality coverage for group, individual, and family therapy sessions based on patient needs and program schedule
