  • Complete psychosocial assessments for patients.

  • Engage in teamwork and community involvement to enhance patient care.
  • Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Two years of experience serving individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
  • Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Clinical Psychologist (not required for substance use therapist roles).
  • For Substance Use Therapist roles, a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist or Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate is required.
  • Completion of NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire (exempt for strictly remote positions).
  • Involuntary Commitment Examiner certification preferred for Inpatient roles and required for BH Access within one year of hire.
  • Notary Public certification preferred.
  • Experience with age-specific populations in behavioral health and substance abuse.
  • Signing bonus up to $5,000 at qualifying locations.
