As a Licensed Therapist (LPC or LCSW), you will be instrumental in extending vital mental health services within schools, collaborating closely with educational personnel to address the needs of students facing mental health challenges and co-occurring substance-related disorders. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, conducting assessment evaluations, and delivering tailored therapy through individual, group, and family sessions. You will create and implement personalized behavioral treatment plans while engaging with families to provide education and counseling as needed. Your expertise in crisis intervention, diagnostic assessment, and therapeutic techniques will directly impact the progress of students in treatment. Additionally, you will provide clinical supervision to unlicensed therapists or graduate student interns, enriching their professional growth. Requirements

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) with 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience, including therapeutic counseling, crisis intervention, and case management functions.
Must be eligible or approved for MCO credentialing
