About The Position

Child Saving Institute (CSI) is looking for someone who is empathetic, passionate, and has a heart-filled desire to work closely with families! As a Therapist I, you’ll be an essential part of our team. Your responsibilities would include providing individual, family, and group therapy services. In short, our Therapist I will empower children and families by promoting optimal mental and emotional health through evidence-based therapeutic interventions and trauma-informed care.

Requirements

Collaborative and eager to create therapeutic experiences that promote growth and healing.
Observant of individual developmental stages and growth of children.
Able to maintain confidentiality and boundaries at all times.
A Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) in Nebraska.
Experienced in providing therapy to children and families (1 year minimum, including internships).
Eligible to participate in Medicaid and private insurance provider panels.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or Circle of Security.
Experience with the child welfare system.
