SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK This Therapist will manage a small caseload in our residential drug and alcohol treatment program serving women and their children. Therapists will meet weekly with clients to provide trauma-informed, client-centered treatment, facilitate therapeutic groups, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support long-term recovery and family stability. Compensation: between $50,000 and $68,316 per year (based on total years of relevant experience) Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with one evening and a week of on call on a rotating basis) Click to see benefits and company perks
