About The Position

We are currently looking for a dedicated Community Based Therapist to become a valuable member of our team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a range of therapy services to children and families residing in Boone County, MO. Including individual, group, and family therapy, as well as offering crucial crisis intervention support.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensure/Certification: PLPC, LPC OR LMSW, LCSW.
• Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a genuine commitment to improving the well-being of clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in crisis intervention.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy services to children and families.
• Provide crisis intervention support.
• Arrange appointments and select preferred hours for therapy sessions.
• Conduct therapy sessions in the office or clients' homes.
