About The Position

Highland Springs Specialty Clinic is seeking a fully-licensed therapist to join our team in Boise, ID. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling options, including a hybrid model that allows for both in-person and remote work. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a compassionate approach to helping individuals facing mental health challenges. You will be responsible for creating individualized care plans, providing evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, and assisting with program support needs as necessary.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College
• Current or pending certification as either: LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, LPC, LCPC
• 2+ years' experience in social services
• 2+ years of experience providing customer service

Responsibilities

• Create individualized care plans with detailed goals and objectives
• Provide individual and group evidence-based psychotherapy interventions
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and tools to assist with treatment
• Assist with program support needs as necessary
