The Fee for Service (FFS) Licensed Clinician provides Practitioner services to children and youth (21 and younger) with behavioral and mental health challenges in their homes and community. The role consists of providing psychosocial evaluations and intake assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention and planning, and individual, group, and family therapy. Strong engagement skills, cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations. Must have an understanding of evidence-based practices: CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-informed care approach. Clinician needs to develop effective communication with the school system and other child welfare resources to advocate on behalf of the child and family. Must have strong documentation skills and an ability to formulate a treatment plan which includes addressing behavioral issues impacting child’s wellbeing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required. Prior experience working with risk populations needed. Experience providing telehealth services and use of video platforms preferred We will provide paid supervision time to you by an LCSW clinician that counts as hours toward LMHC and LCSW licensure. We will pay for all required training needed. Home-based and offsite sessions are paid at 150% of normal clinic rates.
