The Opportunity The Greenwich House Center for Resiliency and Wellness is seeking a DFTA Geriatric Mental Health (DGMH) Therapist who will be responsible for providing embedded, on-site behavioral health services to adults 60+ at DFTA Older Adult Centers. Services provided include: structured engagement groups, unstructured individual engagement; short- & long-term behavioral health services integrating the creative arts. The provider should have awareness of life stages and aging process; trauma informed care, Domestic/Intimate Partner/Gender Violence issues, as well as LGBTQ/gender nonconforming or questioning communities and communities of color, using individual, family, group and evidence-based modalities.
