The Licensed Therapist utilizes clinical skills to assess individuals experiencing behavioral health crises, identifying behavioral health components which have contributed to the crisis. They assist individuals and family members clinically in de-escalating the immediate crisis and developing a treatment plan to address those needs. They also work as a team with other crisis team staff to provide coordinated services. This position is required to participate in a call rotation on nights and weekends.
